The UK Government has completely failed to act in a democratic manner in relation to fracking.
Specifically...
They have failed to Consult Communities ( on the process and in the matter of planning guidance ).
Have sidestepped existing legislation and will now proceed to drill under private homes and have seemingly abandoned their previous claim ( 'Greenest Govt Ever' ) to tackle Climate Change in planning.
